Hello! I am Pradeepa Narayanaswamy, ICF - ACC, CPCC and I wanted to tell you a story of how I found my life’s purpose!
This journey began with an opportunity to coach in a professional setting. I loved my role and enjoyed helping colleagues and providing the coaching support they needed for career and personal challenges. I fell in love with coaching. Then…. My biggest life challenge showed up…. Infertility.
My journey was long, 3 miscarriages, 3 failed Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) treatments, 8 back-to-back In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatments and absolutely no answers to why. “Unexplained infertility” wasn’t really an answer to anything.
By this time I have decided to expand my reach into life coaching for clients outside of my workplace as well. I didn’t had a specialty identified. A friend asked me last year at a conference about my “thing” in life coaching. I didn’t had a good answer. Do I want to be a Minority Women coach, Fertility coach, Adoption coach, or all of them??? I did an experiment at the conference where I introduced myself to new people as one of these personas. ONLY when I talked about infertility, my heart was beating fast, I had butterflies in my stomach and my body felt a tingle! There I knew it!!! I am a Fertility Coach!!! That’s my purpose in life! That’s why I was born!
My experience opened my eyes to the extreme need for support and service to this community of people that are experiencing infertility and going through this process. The process that no one wants to talk about or even knows what to say. It was like a lightning bolt!!
Fast forward to the present - I am proud to report I have a beautiful son, Kartik that my husband and I adopted. We are truly blessed to have him in our lives.
I am an International Coaching Federation's Associate Certified Coach. I am also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from Coaches Training Institute.
